Visionary Success: Scotti Ogden’s Story

Scotti Ogden, Visionary leader

Visionary since 2022

Scotti Ogden is the owner and CEO of a successful construction company in Canada. He completed his first Vision in 2022 after a friend shared his.

“It wasn’t about money… It was a super detailed description of vacations he takes with his family, and I thought, ‘how do I get that?’

“I thought I was the most successful contractor out there, because I had lots of money coming in, and lots of jobs, but there was just something missing. I just couldn't put my finger on it.

I always knew I was meant for more. And it was always heavy on my heart.”

Over the course of 2022, he’s hired key roles to take pressure off himself as owner and operator. And, he just got back from Hawaii where he enjoyed an unplugged vacation with the fam.

What would you say to other Visionaries considering the program?

The value I got out of this is priceless, because it has transformed my entire life. As you can see I’m living my Vision right now, day by day.

It’s just the best thing that’s ever happened to me recently (besides getting married and my wonderful kids, of course!)

Visioning is for everyone who wants more out of life. If you’re on this earh because you feel like the world owes you something, this might not be for you But if yourehere on this eart because you know you’re meant for more, this is what you need to do.

I’m happy. I’m 100% happy. 2022 was the best year of my life, and I think it’s only going to get better.

The tipping point

Scotti describes the moment where he decided to take control of his own success:

“I had a size 38 waist. And I was making a big decision in my life, whether I was going to throw away all my size 38 pants and go to a 40, or I was going to actually get my ass in gear and lose some weight.

And I lost 43 pounds in a little over six months. I've kept all of it off and this shift has completely changed my life.”

Why did you choose to join the program?

“I think I was already on the path of making my life happen. But I really think the challenge was, I wasn't thinking too far into the future.

I was approaching it instead like, I'm going to try this for a while and see if that works. And then things like depression and self-doubt can effect you.

And if you don't have a destination or a roadmap to where you're going, you can easily get lost along the way.”
